The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Financing Agency for Rural Investments launched, on Wednesday, on their respective websites, the draft Applicants' Guides for submeasures 4.2 (proccesing/marketing agricultural products) and 4.2a (processing/marketing of products from the fruit sector) of the National Plan for Rural Development 2014-2020, and they are now up for public debate.
