The minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Daniel Constantin, met Phil Hogan, European commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, on April 20th at Luxembourg. The Romanian official informed Phil Hogan about Romania's interest in prologing the reimbursement deadline for payments through the National Plan for Rural Development (NPRD) 2007-2013 with six months, until after December 31st, 2015.
