The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development invited all interested parties on March 25th, at its headquarters, starting at 10.00 am, to participate in the conference for launching the first applications session for financing opportunities through the National Rural Development Programme (PNDR) 2014-2020: 4.1 - Investments in farming, 6.1 - Support for young, start-up farmers and 19.1 - Support for creating rural development strategies (LEADER).
