The expertise offered by the managerial team and specialists comes from exceptional education (PhD in Agricultural Economics on EU integration issues, post-graduate courses and training courses, in Romania and abroad), attendance to training courses and seminars in Romania and in other member states (UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Greece, etc.), as well as work experience in public administration, the private sector, academic environment (high education and research), and in projects financed by international institutions (EU - PHARE, SAPARD, World Bank, USAID, OECD, FAO).

Constantin LEONTE, PhD in Agricultural Economics, General Manager:
"During 1999-2004 I worked in the SAPARD Programme, including as Director of the Selection & Contracting Department of SAPARD Agency. I participated in the elaboration of project evaluation & contracting procedures, as well as the agency’s accreditation by the European Commission. The experience committed me to constantly developing our company and so, here we are, in 2014, celebrating the first ten years since we launched our business. During this time we successfully finalised dozens of projects in various fields, from agriculture to food industry, textile industry, plastic materials, construction and even repairing ship components."

Marie-Jacqueline LEONTE, PhD in Agricultural Economics, Managing Partner:
