Anca-Laura Ionescu, secretary of state in the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, told www.finantare.ro that through Law 186 of 2014 regarding the state budget for 2015, over 96 million lei were allocated for starting new enterprises and supporting the development of small and medium enterprises.
