The Company
Established in 2004, TERRA NOSTRA CONSULTING SRL is providing information activities, consultancy, training and studies in business and management, being specialized in preparing investments projects financed under non-reimbursable funds both pre-accession (SAPARD) and post-accession (EFRD, SEF, CF, EAFRD, EFF etc).
At the beginining of 2007, the company has been recognised that its activity is according with the requirements of quality management system - ISO 9001-2000 - and starting 2009 also with the ones related to work security - OHSAS 18001 - and environment protection - ISO 14001.
Since 2008 is member of ACRAFE (Association of Consultants from Romania for Accession of European Funds).
We consider that our main advantages are:
- a young team of 5 consultants, dynamic, with experience, speaking foreign languages, providing the eligibility of all submitted projects,
- top management of the company and part of its collaborators worked within Ministry of Agriculture and SAPARD/APDRP Agency as well as in assistance programs for the Agency,
- good collaboration relations with central and regional levels of APDRP and with the county level where the projects has been submited under EAFRD Programme (counties Calarasi, Buzau, Ialomita, Alba, Galati, Constanta, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Ilfov, Mehedinti, Hunedoara, Brasov, Timis, Vrancea, Cluj),
- we inssure the projects eligibility, we don’t sign a consultancy contract unless we are sure that the project is eligible and that has a real chance for selection (we sign the consultancy contract only after we explain in advance to the client all the risks and the client is fully aware),
- we don’t ask fees for the preliminary discussions before the consultancy contract is signed,
- a developed network of external collaborators for the components of technical and technological design,
- the company has 4 cars and undertake its activities in a modern office.
The company strategy suposes the identification of the areas with potential for projects financed from post-accession funds, diversification of the types of projects/programs undertaken and teritorial extension of the network of branches and collaborators.
